REVISED SHIPPING, RETURN, and REFUND POLICY of YE OLDE BUTCHER SHOPPE

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling is based on the total weight and dimensions of your order and is calculated upon checkout. (An estimate is given on the Shopping Cart page.) All items are sent via UPS. The shipping prices come directly from the UPS web site, and are generated dynamically based on your zip code. (The handling fee we charge covers the shipping material - boxes and ice packs.)

Perishable items will be in foam boxes with one or more ice packs. All perishable boxes shipped to MN, ND, SD, NE, KS, IA, MO, WI, IL, MI, IN, OH, and KY will be sent via UPS ground delivery. Delivery to any other states will be via 2nd day air.

All orders containing only shelf stable products (beef jerky and snack sticks) will be packed in corrugated boxes and shipped anywhere via ground delivery.
Orders that contain both perishable and shelf stable products will be shipped in foam boxes and handled as perishable.

To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We will gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

II. Return and Refund Policy

Our Guarantee

Your complete and total satisfaction is our first priority. We expect you will be completely satisfied with your order from Ye Olde Butcher Shoppe. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact Ye Olde Butcher Shoppe at (507) 282-5908. Please notify us of any problems with your order by the next business day. Please do not return any items to us unless so directed by our store.

We will do whatever we deem necessary to resolve the problem, up to and including a full replacement or refund - solely at our discretion.

Delivery Problems

If the perishable meat products in your order should spoil due to one of the reasons below, Ye Olde Butcher Shoppe will not be obligated to provide a free replacement to you.

  1. The delivery address you gave us when you ordered is wrong, and this causes your order delivery to fail. Make sure to double check your shipping address when you place your order.
  2. Our product is delivered properly on the day it is due, but is left unrefrigerated (for whatever reason) and spoils. It is your responsibility to move the items in your order into refrigeration on the same day the order is delivered.
