Processing

Please note: We do not accept full deer, we will only accept venison trim.

All wild game must have hides removed. All trim must be boneless.

Wild game processing guidelines are per the DNR. We will need the following information:

• Full Name
• Phone Number
• DNR License Number
• Confirmation/Registration Number

For less than 10 lbs, any wild game being brought in to be smoked ONLY, is $2.50/lb. For anything more than 10 lbs it is $2.00/lb.
